Our investment process is disciplined and scalable. We like assets that can generate attractive cash flow yield, be acquired well below replacement cost, and offer long-term growth potential.
Our robust renovation and repositioning process generally includes rebranding and reinvigoration of the community, substantial capital investment, and employment of best-in-class management.
